I didn't realise that was a lorry till I read Ray's comments. It makes a marvellously incongruous sight jutting out into the sky like that. Excellent composition.

As I first only read your title "Cloud& Gate", my imagination was immediately stimulated- and then I saw your pic, I'm not disappointed, never, but water, sky and wall are the main view-aspects for me in a lonely surrounding, no people, no birds, a surrounding we know from other pics, I would say a "Mal world" of a special atmosphere from time immemorial, a world which seems to be totally for its own, nevertheless pulling away like a vortex the eyes and the mood of the viewer! The most fascinating, enigmatic point of the pic is the container lorry indeed, a piece/relict of the man-made-world (like the wall)! I wouldn't like to follow Ray's interpretation (sorry, to cruel, inhuman for my feeling), I suppose that workers have left the container or are still working there, but we cannot see them. Interesting is the grapic structure of the pic in general, for example the vertical line of the container which is crossing the diagonal line of the stone wall! A very impressive photo again!

The clarity of that stonework is quite something, and as usual the water has your 'signature' mystical appearance.
